Dementia Action Week

This year, we are supporting Dementia Action Week. It is a vital annual campaign that encourages individuals, communities, and organizations across the UK to take action in support of people affected by dementia. Led by the Alzheimer’s Society, this week-long event focuses on raising awareness, challenging stigma, and fostering a dementia-friendly society where those living with dementia can live well and feel understood and supported. We are helping to “turn the town Blue”. Every child has decorated a forget me knot flower  which will be turned bunting  and displayed around Braintree town during Dementia Action Week – supporting us hugely in raising much needed awareness during the event.
